  • We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect contact numbers, email IDs, or shipping addresses provided at checkout.

  • We do not store raw credit card/debit card details on our servers. All transaction data complies strictly with India’s payment security guidelines and data localization mandates.

5. Cancellation and No-Refund Policy

  • Due to the factory-direct nature, low pricing, and specialized sourcing of our products, all sales on m-hub.in are final. We follow a strict No-Refund Policy.

  • Cancellations are only permitted if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched by our logistics partners. Once an order is handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled.

  • In the rare event that a product arrives physically damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof to be eligible for a replacement.

6. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
